Best for long-term executive partnerships. Guaranteed monthly availability (5–100 hrs/mo); calendar and inbox management; document prep; priority scheduling; monthly reporting.
Mission Control – $45/hr
On-demand support for one executive. Scheduling, research, document prep, and administrative support billed as used.
Operation Command – $60–65/hr
Direct support for up to three team members, including scheduling, inbox management, and task routing with consistent follow-ups.
Stabilize – $42/hr
Flexible month-to-month support for one executive. Calendar and email management, travel coordination, expense tracking, and priority response.
Black File – $65/hr
Enterprise-level support where the VA functions as a central operations hub. Includes executive representation, advanced scheduling, documentation, and expedited response.
Communication & Availability Standards
- Executive Support packages include one designated point of contact.
- Direct support for additional team members requires Team or Enterprise Support tiers.
- Requests are handled via email during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm ET).
- Messaging apps, phone, and after-hours access are available only when explicitly contracted.
- Messages received outside business hours are addressed the next business day.
Mission Protocols
- Non-Refundable: All missions are prepaid and non-refundable. Unused contract hours do not roll over unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Mission Hours: Services are billed within the designated period; unused hours are forfeited if not used within the billing cycle.
- Rescheduling: Operations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Limitation of Liability: Mission: Possible Organizing LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Clients agree to hold MPO harmless for any claims arising from the use of services.
- Operational Readiness: Rates include operational business expenses to ensure consistent, premium support for every mission.
