Day 1: Quick Inbox Audit
- Count how many unread emails you currently have.
- Identify your biggest inbox stressors (Junk ads, newsletters? client threads? lost follow-ups?).
- Reflection: How does your inbox make you feel right now?
Day 2: Unsubscribe & Auto-Filter
- Unsubscribe from at least 5 email lists.
- Create 3 filters or rules (e.g., route receipts to a ‘Finance’ folder).
- Tip: Use Gmail or Outlook’s filtering tools.

Day 3: Folder Structure Template
- Create folders: Action Items, Waiting On, Archive, Clients, Admin.

- Don’t overthink it…you’re not deleting, just clearing visual clutter, everything remains searchable!
